Truffle filling
Paste consistency truffle filling is used:
- for layering sponge cakes, almond pastries;
- for making whipped cream with stabilizer (10–25 % amount of cream);
- for whipping cream with baking mix (5–20 % amount of cream);
- with cold preparation creams
- for layering waffles;
- for making chocolate mousse;
- for whipping ganache (500 g of filling and 250 g of baking mix);
- for making custard cakes (10–15 %);
- for making candy fillings.
